Antenatal Group

Welcome to our community for pregnant women! This is a supportive space where you can connect with others who are experiencing the joys and challenges of pregnancy. Our sessions focus on emotional de-cluttering, fostering a better connection with yourself and your baby, and exploring recent discoveries in the psychology of birth. Join us for our free 10-week program, held every Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:30 PM, and let’s navigate this journey together with mindfulness and support.

Postnatal Group

Welcome to our free Postnatal Group, a cosy space designed for new parents to share their stories and find support. Here, you’ll connect with others on similar journeys, focusing on personal growth and self-care. Join us every Tuesday from 9:30 am to 12 pm for engaging sessions that include caring support from our group leader, mindfulness practices, and coping techniques, all while enjoying the convenience of free on-site childcare. You’re not alone!
